Giavanna was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at the age of 3.  This image has the intention of providing relief to people with various stomach and intestinal disorders and discomfort, such as irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal and menstrual cramps, intestinal gas and digestive disorders.  Other uses include restoration of liver function and relief of bladder issues. It can also assist with the symptoms of early pregnancy.  5/19/2001

David was injured in a fall from a 3-story building, suffering multiple head injuries and lying in a coma for months.  He eventually recovered.  All different forms of blunt physical trauma can be healed through meditation with this design, including automobile accidents, violence, and war.  6/12/2001

This is a dimensional portal to clear, recycle and restore energy.  Send unwanted, unwelcome, or unnecessary energetic influences to where they belong, and receive clean, replenished energy to replace it! 7/31/2001

This design represents the energy of Thankfulness.  8/18/2001

This design was a response to what happened on September 11th, 2001-- healing love and light power.  9/13/2001

On the physical level, this image was intended to help ward off parasitic infections and infestations.  Just set a glass of water on the design for one hour and drink mindfully throughout the day.  Do this once a day for 9 days.  In addition to offering protection from parasitic energies it assists with clearing of dark forces and all manner of entity presence and possession.  10/01/2001

This mandala is intended to represent the connectivity we all feel in the interfaith community, recognizing peoples’ similarity of belief and focusing on that, rather than our differences.  11/6/2001

The colors and shapes in this design are for use with clearing of energies in the home.  This can be done for a new home (clearing the energy of the ground it is built on), a newly purchased home (clearing the energy of the people who have previously dwelt there) or a home you have already been living in (clearing the energy and effects of actions and situations that you were a part of).  It’s an excellent activity to do from time to time, clearing your house.  12/9/2001

This image blesses the coming together of two or more things, such as the coming together of two people in marriage.  These things are destined or determined to be in communion with one another, and when they collide, the resultant force can be exponentially altered for all involved.  4/30/2002

This mandala has since come to promote success and accomplishment, as well as to relieve the negative effects of failure.   3/9/2002

The colors in this image have been linked with a stimulant effect in the body, a movement towards action.  This might be an excellent visual tool for meditation in cases of extreme listlessness, fatigue, indecision or depletion.  5/9/2002

Overall, the effect of this image is designed for balance and harmonization of the endocrine system.  More specifically, it is a schematic of the pituitary/hypothalamus complex in the body, the master glands that regulate production of many hormones and chemicals.  It is also linked to healing from head trauma or psychological trauma.  7/7/2002

This image resonates with the butterfly, and the themes of life cycle and change.  It can promote flexibility in a changing environment, as well as the ability to stay focused on a project or belief, i.e., to stay the course.  9/10/2002

Want to have a baby?  Maybe this can help.  Its imagery is representative of the egg just before and during fertilization.  It is a collection of simple shapes that are alive with interrelationship and movement.  These individual parts (potentials) are seeking integration and fusion into a new, unified and singular whole.  10/27/2002

Ritual space is any place which we go to feel safe.  Here there is peace, sacredness, and the ultimate creative potential.  The space itself can be anywhere.  It may be a room that you go to for prayer, reflection, relaxation, or problem-solving.  It may be a place of quiet solitude in the country, or a place that’s really “happening,” where we feel a strong sense of community with our fellow beings.  It’s the feelings and intentions we take there with us that makes the place special.  The ritual is any action or activity that rises above the mundane.

This image was designed with the intention of fostering the power and presence of Ritual Space anywhere--an office, a locker, on a bus, train or plane ride home, a creative or meditative place.  Because it is energetically linked to other replicas of it, we can share the power of enhancement with others, each in our own unique way.  11/11/2002

This design closely resonates with the environmental movement.  Its basic form is reminiscent of a buddhist mandala.  Protecting the earth and the atmosphere are primary priorities contained within.

There’s a lot of valentines in this one.   2/1/2003

I did this drawing during the break at the end of the first quarter of massage therapy school. It had been a grueling 10 weeks of full-time work, full-time study, physical and spiritual transformation.  I hadn’t had the time or the desire to draw in a very long time, and this was just a fun project designed to get my sense of humor back.  9/29/2003

This is another “environmental” mandala, chiefly for the purpose of healing of the earth.  It brings the colors of our nation into relationship with the colors of nature, and hints at the form and motion of wind, water, solar and lunar sources as well as other alternative forms of energy.  4/4/2004

Reduce inflammation, cool down an intense situation, or revel in the mystery and wonder of the world .  This design is ideal for situations of transformation from yin into yang, like when the light power begins to rise again as the days get longer and the nights shorter (Winter Solstice, December 22nd).  This image also represents the state of perfect imperfection in every aspect of creation.  The paradox and basis for duality is that the perfection, and every obstacle hindering it, is only in our minds.  Happy Holidays!  12/22/2004

This mandala is for help of all our friends in the plant community.  “Charge” your water by placing a glass or pitcher of it on this image for up to 24 hours.  Then use the water to soak the grains or seeds you will sprout and eat later.  Water your houseplants with it, or further dilute it to water your garden.  Dilutions can be 10:1, 100:1 or even 1000:1 or more!  Place this image in the proximity of fresh fruits and vegetables to add vibrancy to the flavor, as well as the vital energy of the food.  10/24/2005

Smoothly flowing fluid is resistant to congestion and blockages, enhancing strength and resilience of tissues.  In our daily lives, we circulate in and out of the presence of abundant people, objects, ideas, and energy systems, much the same as a blood cell flowing throughout the body, fueled by a good, strong pump.  This image was conceived as a general tonifier for the heart and circulatory system.  It may also be used for anger management, conflict resolution and thermal balance.  12/2/2005

This particular image was designed as a tool to help bring focus and clarity to a mental problem.  It may help allow your thoughts to hone in on what’s most important, so that extraneous details and clutter can more easily fall away.  It can also be used as a study aid in preparation for an exam.  Spend a few minutes gazing at the image before you cram for your final!  1/11/2006

To take something old and stale, refresh it, breathe new life into it.  This image seems to work particularly well for recharging ideas, previous plans or hopes that have gotten lost in the shuffle.  It can also be a powerful tool for working with grief in the event of the loss of a loved one.  These two phenomena, rejuvenation and grief, often work in tandem with each other, forming the peaks and valleys of our emotional experience and our relationships with others throughout life.  10/6/2006

Connective tissue in our bodies consists of tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bones and blood.  It includes the nutrient-rich, fibrous fluid that surrounds each and penetrates each cell, providing support, protection, transportation and storage.  We see how daily life outside our bodies reflects our internal environments.  The components of connective tissue are all around us, helping us to be more aware of who we are, allowing us to grow and accomplish, providing the framework upon which our relationships are built.

This healing mandala was consciously designed as a tool for enhancing the strength and resiliency of our connective tissue, both inside and out.  This design has increasingly interesting properties when duplicated and laid side by side, top to bottom, over and over again.  3/20/2006

This particular image was designed as a tool for supporting graceful, authentic action in the face of a moral dilemma or crisis.  When meditating on a situation where uncertainty or difficulty is present, it may help point you in the direction of inner truth.  Use it with a soft focus for visual meditation, or simply allow it to “be” in a space which is calming and sacred to you.  The “shell” of this design was started in 1999, and put away for several years before rejoining the present energy field in an “aha!” moment.  6/22/2007

Karma simply means “action.”  Everything has meaning, therefore everything you do or have ever done has meaning.  Seeking to understand the meanings and effects of our actions helps us to grow and better understand our place within the whole.  This image can give insight into the meanings of various situations encountered in life, empowering you to better understand and resolve conflicts and problems, particularly those unpleasant or challenging themes that seem to linger or repeat.  2/27/2007

We attract wealth by embracing priorities and releasing things which no longer serve us.  True wealth - love of family, nature, and inner peace, the pursuit of health, wisdom and excellence - can be even more rewarding than the accumulation of monetary assets!  7/11/2007

Original sizes range from 4 inches square to 16x20 inches.  I can do a commission (request for a specific piece, made-to-order), with a particular intention, color scheme request, motif, or pure intuition, and those rates are negotiable, depending on size (avg. 8x8 inch = $250), plus mat & frame = add $50 + shipping.  I will keep a scan of the original, and reserve the right to make unlimited prints for my own use, for sale or display.

Standard size color prints, including mat & frame are $20-$100, plus shipping cost.

I do postcard/coaster size prints of these designs on cardstock, if you like the smaller, non-framed size.  The image on the front is approximately 4"x 4" to 4"x6" and a full paragraph of description is on the back.  I could bundle several of those together (a random assortment, or your choice) and I ask just $2 apiece.  If you buy at least 5, shipping is FREE!
